With a diverse range of specialties, interests and clinical experience, our team is equipped to support you in whatever season of life you are in and whatever challenges you’re facing.
We feel deeply privileged to do such meaningful work and we’re passionate about doing it to the highest standard. This means staying up to date with the latest evidence-based treatments, continuous training and accreditation, and an unwavering dedication to our clients and our community.
As a team, we value any opportunity to learn from one another. We often share skills and advice (without breaking confidentiality) which means our clients benefit from the combined knowledge of a whole group of experts in their respective fields.
Whilst we all have different areas of expertise, we share one important commonality – our commitment to kindness, emotional safety and open communication. We practise this commitment with our clients and with each other, creating a harmonious environment for everyone at Reflective Psychology.
All our therapists are accredited with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the Australian Association for Social Workers (AASW)

Administration Team

Charlotte Player
My name is Charlotte and I am an administration assistant for both Reflective Psychology and Harbour Therapy Clinic.
I am originally from England and came to Australia in 2009 to travel. It didn’t take me long to decide I never wanted to leave.
After a few years of travelling and living in Sydney, I now live in Brisbane with my two lovely dogs Lenny and Moe. I love spending my time with friends, taking my dogs out for big long walks and listening to anything by Fleetwood Mac.

Ellise Locke
Hi there, I’m Ellise, an administration assistant for both Reflective Psychology & Harbour Therapy Clinic. I am deeply passionate about the importance of mental and emotional wellbeing and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care and a safe space to heal and grow.
My goal is to ensure anyone who reaches out for support with their mental health is treated with kindness, understanding, and patience, and receives the attention and care they deserve.

Katie Stevens
My name is Katie and I am an administration assistant for both Reflective Psychology and Harbour Therapy Clinic.
I have been an official local in the Coffs Harbour Region for six years now and it very quickly became my home.
I am currently studying my Bachelor of Counseling as I am very passionate about mental health.
I love sunrises, sunsets, being in nature, keeping fit and spending time exploring with my friends, family and my beautiful border collie, soon to be therapy dog!
