Prue Fisher
I am a Registered Psychologist whose areas of interest are adult mental health and wellbeing including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders and behaviour modification. My treatment approach is collaborative, and I draw on a variety of tools from several different evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Schema Therapy- to ensure treatment is tailored to the individuals, unique needs and goals.
My background in both private and public sectors, combined with my passion for trauma-informed yoga, allows me to offer a supportive, grounded, and non-judgmental environment where we can work toward creating meaningful change.
