Meet Registered Psychologist Rosie Adam

Rosie Adam

Registered Psychologist

I am a Registered Psychologist, with almost a decade of experience, living and working on Gumbaynggirr Country. I have worked across headspace, Bellingen Youth Hub, residential rehabilitation, schools and community centres along the Mid North Coast. I currently support young adults and adults, particularly those navigating stress, burnout, and the weight of modern life.

My approach comes from the view that before we can think our way through something, the body needs to feel safe enough to let us. I embed nervous system regulation within the foundation of my work and I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities to create a personalised road map toward your wellbeing.

I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to my work and feel genuinely honoured to support people on their journey toward wellbeing.
