Clinical Supervision in Coffs Harbour

Clinical Supervision for Psychologists, Social Workers and Mental Health Professionals.

We’re passionate about strengthening our healthcare community, and that’s why we offer clinical supervision to healthcare professionals.

We have particular expertise in the provision of clinical supervision for early career Psychologists in private practice or not for profit environments, and those completing their registrar program, as well as Social Workers completing their Mental Health Accreditation.

All our Psychology supervisors are Board-Approved, meaning they can support you through an accredited training program in Psychology or Clinical Psychology, including Registrar programs.

Our Social Work supervisors are all Accredited Mental Health providers, with experience working in private practice, the public health sector and the not-for-profit sector. All have additional training and expertise specifically in supervision, to help you achieve your mental health accreditation.

We see clinical supervision as a vital component of professional development – enabling practitioners to continue to grow, maintain ethical standards, and deliver the highest quality of care.

ALL OUR SUPERVISORS ARE PSYCHOLOGY BOARD-APPROVED OR MENTAL HEALTH ACCREDITED, MEANING THEY CAN SUPPORT YOU THROUGH A TRAINING PROGRAM IN PSYCHOLOGY OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY, OR ACCREDITATION AS A MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER.

What can I expect from each Supervision Session?

Clinical Supervision sessions usually last for 50-60 minutes, at a frequency that suits your professional needs or program requirements, and supports your professional development. If you are in Coffs Harbour, these can be in-person. However, many supervisees access our supervision services from all over Australia, via Zoom.

In line with Psychology Board and AASW requirements, our clinical supervision sessions are based within a reflective practice framework, which fosters self-awareness, insight and growth. Your supervisor will guide you through this reflection and offer thoughtful feedback and clinical scaffolding.

We aim to encourage self-awareness, enhance your therapeutic skills, and enrich your professional practice.
